okay, Rudolph isn't including this time but my point can still be said, i can't think how well some of these christmas themed Comics last for that long.. Maybe once a year or weekly for about 4 weeks. Sure, a good comic can carry over the time between christmas but surely some of them are going to have problems about 11 months a year.
Rudolph started out as an annual, and then went to either quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly... it didn't seem to last that long beyond that. But I think Rankin-Bass proved that you can take Christmas-related characters and tell stories with them other times of the year! Heck, Dini's Jingle Belle isn't always in a Christmas-themed story!
